They told me i cannot return it even though the size chart was obviously inaccurate. They told me i should sell it on ebay if it didn't fit as all sales are final. I was upset because i have in the past bought many items from the site. Never since. BUYER BEWARE

Supposedly there are certain consumer rights that cannot be waived for certain countries eg. Australia but having them enforced is easier said then done. Sizing can be subjective as everyone is different in shape and opinion of fit. If it clearly puts you in breach of ibjjf rules though I'd try to argue the point as well seeing item does not match the description.

Lol, I like BJJHQ as much as the next guy but you guys are getting a over-protective. If you bought a white gi and a blue one arrived you would expect a refund wouldn't you??? So how come you seem to think that a GI that obviously doesn't fit the way it should is ok? Unless the person is a medical oddity with dimensions way outside the norm it it shouldn't happen. BJJHQ is great to get bargains from and I've bought from here several times but just saying "No Refunds or returns" doesn't obsolve a company of responsibility. I've clearly said that sizing can be subjective but if you buy according to the size chart and then the product isn't even close to fitting then it's fair to expect to be able to return. If you Don't agree thats fine, And hey while we are a it I'll sell you a million dollars worth of gold* just for $100.00(*No Refunds or Returns if unsatisfied)
