Inverted Gear Navy Bamboo CS Gi

Big dilemma. Does anyone have experience with Inverted Gear sizing? A2 would be good for weight, but would be too short. If I go to an A2S, then the weight drops and is too small. I am 6'1" 187-190#. I have a 93 Brand A2L that fits well, but is a tad long in sleeves, pants perfect. Help?

Grips Athletics Secret Weapon 2.0 Navy Gi

6'1" 185#, as usual right in between sizes. With the "tailored" fit of this gi, A2 or A3? If it's any help 93 Brand A2L fits great, Fuji A3 fits funky, Ground Game A3 OK, Tatami Estillo A3 OK. Thanks

93 Brand Standard Issue Rashguard

Sizing issue.
My weight bounces back and forth between 187# and 190#. How tight is the compression on this? Should I be able to get away with the L or should I go up to the XL? I am right in between in gis also - A3 a little loose, A2L fit pretty good when I can find them.

2 Questions.
1) Would this be comprable to the 93 Brand Charlie gi in terms of weight/construction?
2) 6'1" 190# fall right between the A2 & the A3: A2 for weight, A3 for height. A2L fits great. Should I risk an A2 being too short?

OK, is it me, or does the sizing on this seem odd? It says all measurements are in inches unless noted, and the only measurement that has cm indicated is the height, but I'm thinking ALL the measurements are in cm. Ideas?

93 Brand Charlie Gi

Hoping someone can give me a relatively speedy answer. Being on the west coast, the last couple of gis that have come up, I get sizing advice after the deal deadline. So here's question. I am 6'1", 190#, 36" waist, pretty muscular shoulders and chest. I have a Tatami Estillo 4.0 that fits pretty good, but is a little baggy in an A3. Should I be looking at an A2L in this? 100 Kilo v2 Unbleached Gi

OK, this gi deal HAS an A2L size available, but at 6'1" 190#, I'm thinking I would actually want to go with an A3 based on the size chart? My Blank Kimonos A3 gi pants are perfect, but the jacket is snug through the chest, while my Tatami Estillo 4.0 (also A3) is a little loose in the pants, and a little baggy in the back of the shoulders when standing upright. The manufacturers are SOOOOO different, and I sort of sit in between sizes. Any experince with this or advise? For what it's worth, long sleeve XL rashguards are a little loose on the abdomen and long in the sleeves (hang out beyond the cuf of my gi), but L are too tight and cut into my armpits.

Still haven't seen a response to Scotty's question. I am in the same ballpark; 6'1" 190# - lower end of A3, upper end of A2. Some A3 gi jackets tend to be a bit baggy.

The "below" doesn't mention anything about weight, just a similar height of 6'1". There's a big difference between 6'1" 170 and 6'1" 190, especially if your talking about less than 15% body fat at 190.

Thanks for the response. Chest is 45", armspan wrist bone to wrist bone is 59 5/8". Since my 93 Brand fits pretty well, I only cold wash, but the jacket is longer than I would like. I hang dry all my gis. I have a Tatami Estillo, and a Blank Kimonos in A3 that are somewhat loose, so I alternate washing in warm and hot, as they can afford to shrink, but they are shorter than I would like, and have been afraid to machine dry and make shorter. Because I am fairly muscular, yet lean (15% body fat -at 48yo), my body size, doesn't necessarily match my 6'1" height. Further recommendations? If I can find a size that works I would really like to pull the trigger on this gi, but I don't want to end up with a gi that doesn't fit and is nonreturnable. Thanks in advance.

I was even thinking just A2 based on the length of sleeve I have experienced with the 93 Brand A2L, and that would give a little margin of error if I gain a little weight. Debating which is more significant, possible too long sleeves (A2T), or possible too short legs(A2). The catch here is that although we are about the same weight, I am a little shorter. What is your opinion/recommendation?
