The Progress Academy Plus Hybrid shorts are an excellent choice for Nogi grappling. They sport an internal compression layer constructed with Spandex that's super flexible. The fit is a bit smaller than their regular board shorts, so if you have thicker legs it's best to go up one size.

Again with these wack progress shorts. They just cannot get rid of these things. The inner lining is garbage, the hem is wayyyy too tight on the leg opening you either have to pop the stitching or just live with it
