snywhere from A0-A1L. i woukd look at some dofferent companies size guides and try to find which one henerally fits your porportions right and then try that one out. if you want to return it (at some places) you always can or if its too big you can always shrink it in the dryer until it fits

A1H would be ideal, most likely. Chance it's a little snug but if you're dropping lbs then it'd get better & better. Outside of that, A2 probably best bet. Granted it's gonna be a little long in the legs and sleeves at 5'6" unless you've got gorilla limbs.
