Adding a subtle touch of class to your Gi collection, the Leve returns with an updated and modern design.$69
Any promotions or demotions today? I beat up a bunch of kids at a karate tourney and got ejected after they learned my age!
D00D WTF happened to cs@bjjhq.com ?? send me some defective zipper having pants and now they wont return my emails for a refund//return scenerio.
Not paying to watch it
Is it just 93brand that sucks? I bought the duffle from 93 and its coming apart already. No help from bjjhq so far either.
Idk about anything else, but my 93 brand rashguard is my favorite. Several months of use and no problems. I do realize thats a bit different, though.
I have not had any issues with 93-brand stuff myself; I've got gear from backpacks to standard issue spats/rashies - long sleeve, short sleeve etc. I didn't like the fit of the 93-brand gis for myself, but that is just personal preference more than "Defective" stuff. Spats lasted me 3 years before knees started getting holes in them etc which is well longer than expected; other than that, great gear IMO.
I have a gi, two rashguards, a pair of shorts, and plenty of streetwear from them and i love it all. No problems whatsoever
I have that bag. I love it so much that i bought the new blue one a few weeks back. I have everything they make besides a GI and i really like their stuff. Great quality
Its just you. I have a few different items from them and they are solid. Within my top 3 favorite brands.
Contact 93 directly, I’m sure they’ll take care of you. I had an issue with a duffle they took care of for free
What part of the bag is coming apart? I've had mine over a year (the green gi material bag) and have had no issues at all. I've heard of one person who mentioned the zipper tab came off but that's just a rubber little pull tab. Otherwise I love their goose feather gis, I've had like 4 through these guys.
@Mattdbci I'm not saying you dont have a legitimate gripe, but i *am* telling you that what you described... is not the norm. It truly is a rare occurrence, but when there is an issue with a product's performance or execution, etc, then we'll take care of it (and take as much of the burden off you as possible). Some of the positive reviews above can likely attest. We want people to expect our gear to last. Earning a widespread rep for subpar gear would kill us. My goal is to read a comment like yours a total of zero times per year. Sorry about any issue with the duffel, brudda. Quality feedback has been good, but we did sell a *lot* of them. If yours arrived damaged or failed to hold up to significant quality expectations, we'd replace it. For free, and if the original is significantly damaged, we wouldnt ask you to send it back. If it's minor like excess loose thread, we might ask for it back, but we'd never expect you to pay for shipping. Or expect you to wait until the return is received/processed before we send the replacement. If the above process was a frequent occurrence, we'd be out of business. It doubles or triples our shipping cost on 1 sale. And it chops our stock in half by sending free replacements to the original customer.
P.S. If you emailed BJJHQ very recently, note that their CS dept is off wknds, so you should hear back shortly (usually 1 business day, so I'd assume tmrw by end-of-day). I can almost guarantee they'll be able to help you out directly. But worst case: email cs@93brand.com with your info and a pic of the issue. We'd get you sorted out. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
How is your bag falling apart bjjhq's problem? It's either you beat it up, or the bag is less quality than you expect, which was made by 93brand.
Thank you all for your perspective. Ill make sure to contact 93 directly. I thought these issues were weird. It was nice to see the community backing the brand.
Told you George does more than just model gis *wink* lol
Its you. Ive got 2 rashguards 3 pair of shorts and the green bag and all of them are excellent quality, been using each one for about a year and no signs of damage yet.
You gotta remember this site is the clearance rack of jiujitsu gear. You want top end 93 Brand gear visit rollmore.
My 93 brand rash guard is great. My slides from them… eh. The insole thing lost its adjesive to the sole and is still usable if ugly. I imagine them to be like most companies where the items with multiple styles and revision’s are good where as the one off item’s are lower quality.
Who's watching Logan Paul v Floyd Mayweather?
Giving the Paul brothers attention? What are you, 14?
