Inspired by centuries old Ukiyo-e woodblock artwork, the newest Gi series from Kitsune Kimonos, the "Heroes" model, is all black (black vents, black stitching) with a light coral red exterior color scheme and colorful interior print (sublimated, will never fade) This soft sublimated material is a breathable poly blend mesh so it's not stiff or uncomfortable once soaked with sweat.$79
I have this in white and dark navy. I don't know if i should own another gi
You can never have too many Gi's.
Bring back the A1XL
1 I have this A1XL gi in navy. Can't bring myself to buy another size now it fits so well.
Lol @vagitarian
What is your height and weight? I’m curious to know if the A1XL is a good fit for my son.
bring back the 'views' gi please? thanks...
bring back the 'views' gi please? thanks
I have this one in white. Probably the most comfortable jacket I own. Bought an A2. I am 5’11, 195 lbs. It fits a bit loose. Very nice but not a fan of the ripstop pants.
what's wrong w/ ripstop?
Some prefer standard twill cotton pants
How true to size is this? I had to give away my last kitsune gi, it was an A3 that fit like an A4. I’m 5’10 & 205#
I have four Kitsune Gi’s and they to run just a bit big. They do not shrink much but after a few times in the dryer i got a perfect fit. They have two different fits and I believe this one is slightly longer in the sleeves but not a lot. I LOVE their Gi’s. By far the most comfortable and amazing attention to detail without being flashy.
5’10” 220... anyone have a size suggestion
They are just a bit bigger brand new than other brands - but after a few washes and trips in the dryer i get a true to size fit. This particular Gi is a bit longer in the sleeves than others. I’d go with whatever size you most comfortably wear, do not size up.
That would be my next gi if wasn't for the outrageous impprt taxes from Brazil. It's been a long time since the last gi I imported.
Anyone have size recomendations for somone who is 5’10 & 135lbs?
I'd probably go with A1L
I’m 5’8” 135 long and lanky and the A1F fit perfect. I dont think the pants would be good if you have really long legs though. Maybe a A1L would work better for you.
I have this exact gi in navy blue, size A1F. 5’7 and 130. Fits tight but well. Love it.
I have the white version in A2L. I'm almost 6'1" and 182 lb. The kimono is a little long in the sleeves but is so light it almost feels like you're wearing a baggy long-sleeved shirt. The pants shrunk in the dryer and are now a little on the short side. I love this gi and am really tempted to buy this version but I'm with team Sammy. C-spec gi when.
BUY DOGECOIN. And as always... #standwithsammy
