Is this safe for use on my Weiner?

I would love to use this shampoo, but I can't use anything other than my prescribed shampoo from my doctor to reduce odor. I have Trimethylaminuria (makes you smell really really bad) paired with diabetes and obesity. Nonetheless, the smell if I use anything but the specific medical grade shampoo, the smell will be unreal.

I was taught in my gym to never shower. Builds character, disipline, infections, and the odor i give off often leaves people submitting from that alone. Only con is that i am banned from using public transportation so i have to walk to my gym to train. I would bike there but they dont currently make any that support my weight. #nevershower

It doesmt lather very well. I use it as a body wash. Might sting 8f you get it in your pee-hole or pooty-hole
