what would be a good size for 5'8 240?
Never once had a problem with any Fuji gi. If you are just starting out (and your school will let you wear a black gi), get involved with this one. It is built to last.
Black gi and a white belt? Sir, are you trying to get them wrist locked?
this is a solid gi
if your a black belt and don't allow students to wear certain colors cause of some old tradition.... your gay

Tbh Fuji fits stocky ppl pretty well. At this juncture, my thighs appreciate Fuji
I can confirm. Fuji gis are for thiccbois. I prefer a more slimmer fit and it's hard to shrink them down much. I ordered A3 (5-10, 180lbs) and it was definitely on the higher end of the size chart. Solid gi though that will last.
Not sure about the sizing accuracy. I'm 5'6 140 lbs with longer limbs so I got an A1L gi from them and it's way too big on me. Can't even go any smaller either smh.
did you wash on hot and dry?
