good deals. Just slow shipping sometimes. All my other items are delivered. Its hit and miss sometimes, but the customer support usually is good with taking care of things like late deliveries or accidentally shipping the wrong item.
Yeah true that they have great costumer service, but whoever is in charge of shipping is slow as hell
If you have not received an order yet, (and didn't place the order in the last 3 days or so) then contact their customer support. They have always been fantastic with my orders; always sending out the product I ordered, and if for some reason they were out of stock, then I received a refund promptly.

And the DHL tracking system is horrible. BJJHQ customer service is usually fast at responding. But the DHL service is what's holding up orders. It might be saving money to use them, but the turnaround time is horrible

DHL has been not showing tracking for several days after we ship. As of last Thursday we stopped using DHL and switched all volume back to UPS and USPS.
