6'2" / 210lbs should I get 2XL? Some other brand spats were small in XL (Scramble)

I own the rash guard that matches these and will assume that it is same sizing given it's same line of clothing. The guard fits snigger then most so expect these to be compression tight tights. Hope that helps some one.

    Are these pretty true-to-size?
The Scramble spats on here a few months ago felt like almost a whole size off (I usually wear small: 5'7"/140lbs, but their mediums fit like a glove... is that a spats thing or just that company?).
    Either way, I heart bjjhq!

5'6" 165, semi- swole. I am worried about the Medium being too long and the small being too tight. Which size do you think would be best?
