so I just did my first order about a month ago. product still hasn't arrived. is that normal?
Not in my experience, and I'm in a very remote location. I've ordered 2 gi's.
One or two of mine took super long, if you go into the tracking page and it says completed, you'll get it eventually.
I've never had a problem but recommended the company to someone else and they never got their product and had a crazy hard time getting a refund. eventually just issued it themselves through PayPal.
