Work is a blessing. God has so arranged the world that work is necessary, and He gives us hands and strength to do it. The enjoyment of leisure would be nothing if we had only leisure. It is the joy of work well done that enables us to enjoy rest, just as it is the experiences of hunger and thirst that make food and drink such pleasures.

Sam i wish i could have read this 6 months ago. I let my relationship fall apart becuase i was lazy and basically just got anxiety about work. I didnt help my partner when she needed me most and she had a mental breakdown. Now she is gone

The past is the past my friend, anxiety is one of the greatest struggles one can go through in life, and it is always lonely. I wish you well, i struggle a lot with it and here is sometjing i read and try to remember when i am feeling bad
