I am 5'10" and around 178 pounds. The description says "Shrinks 1-2" to fit." so would an A3 be a proper size for me?

Does this come with a white belt?

I tried ordering this and I got to the screen where it asks if I have a paypal with the option of entering paypal info, I paid with my credit card but Im not sure if I did this right. Is there any way for you guys to confirm for me
