Just received my Gawakoto Save the Earth spats. They're incredible! I don't know why many people slept on it & passed it up.

I'm really curious as to why people didn't jump on them. So why didn't you? I've been asking for these specific spats for a minute because 1) They're purple. 2) The comic book style artwork. 3) They feature luachadores, which are arguably the originators of grappling tights. Having luchadores on spats is quite possibly the coolest way of paying homage.

I'm sure they'll be up again. Only the mediums sold out but they might have some of those by the next time they put them up. For some reason I only like the thinking monkey rashguard and not the spats.

I DIDN'T buy them B.COS 1) they were purple and 2) they had luchadorkes (thats a throwback to CB DOLLAWAY) on em.

Really? I got the Reevo Aerolight Gi on here for $110 and this bag came free. The gi is originally $170 from the manufacturer (NOT counting shipping) but the price varies -$25 pending on where you shop. But here, if you're selling this bag for $25 plus $5 shipping, then basically that high end gold weave 550g gi was around $85 bucks. Although bjjhq guys give great deals, there's no way bag is worth $25 bucks. It's probably not bjjhq being greedy, its most likely Reevo just selling them for more than they're worth. I have the bag and yes it is a terrific bag that is sturdy, easy to carry, and easily holds my gi plus more if I wanted. But I think there are other bags that will do the job just fine for under $25 bucks. If you need a new gi AND bag I would wait til the same deal comes out again. If you just need a bag and don't care about brand name then I think you'll find better deals else where OR on this site on a different day. Not trying to troll or hate. Just inform where my opinion comes from and express it and hope it helps others make a more informed decision when buying this.

If this bag were $10 less, then I'd go for it.

I bought the bag some time ago and then the next week or so the gi and bag came out. Not only that it's an extra $20 to ship to Australia, so guess I'm the sucker

But what if you don't want to buy another gi, just to get a bag?

If you want the bag, and the price works for you, I don't see what the problem is.

Even with shipping, this is still 10$ less than Reevo/other sites sell it for. That doesn't include the other site's shipping either. If BJJHQ priced it any cheaper it probably wouldn't be worth it for them.

I thought I was going to die when I saw that Brand 93 Grey Gi. I almost bought it two different times. I had to stop hopefully it comes around after Christmas.

Need some advice...I just got the mandrill gi today...it's crazy big! I bought an A4 thinking I can shrink it to an A2 or at least A3, but this Gi is crazy large! I don't want to ruin it if I run it through hot water and the dryer. Any advice on how to shrink it down?

I doubt you can shrink it that much. Interested in selling it?
