This is a men's cut but women can and do wear them. That said, depending on your build you may find it a little baggy in the arm pits.
Better off ordering straight from raven.com.au as they have the women's cut you can purchase. Fits perfectly! Men's ones are baggy around the stomach and armpits.
This style only comes in men's ... for now.

Depends on preference. I would suggest the medium for the sake of length.

For competition. Otherwise you can roll in whatever color you prefer.
So just free rolling in class wearing a gi it shouldn't matter?
Not really. Ranked colors are only important for competition or classes that prefer you wear your belt color. If you professor doesn't care what color or style you wear just buy what you like.

I would highly recommend not wearing a ranked rashguard outside of your rank around your gym. Just buy a regular compression shirt from Academy or something of you can't get white or whatever. You're gonna look like a huge asshole showing up wearing purple belt gear if you're only 5 months into BJJ.
is it worldwide recognized ranked rashguards? It looks like just average rashguard with a cool print. But maybe i'm wrong
