Punchtown Apocalypse Short Sleeve Rash Guard

I have this rashguard in the long sleeved version and another punchtown rash guard with short sleeves. Material is thin but durable; i.e. great for hot weather. The silicon grip liner at the waist is durable.

Recommended on all fronts.

5'7" and 164lbs, should I go medium or go down to small?

The sizing on these is a bit larger then most. I have the punch down fracture rash guard and it is a bit larger then all the rest. From panda to shadows. I am very muscular 82kg 5'9" 33" waist 44" chest and XL is a tad loose on me. All other rash guards are tight on me as XL.
