I'm 5'3" 140# and the small is long on my arms and baggy everywhere else. I hope this helps.
I'm 6'3" 190 and the large was much too short for my torso and arms :/
Shame that it's short in the torso, the cut does fit a bit shorter in the arms by design though - a feature I love - keeps the cuffs of the rashguard from getting pulled by sleeve grips :D 5'11" 220# here, average height/torso/arm length, and this thing barely ever comes un-tucked.
Female 5'7" 180 lbs. Average built. Would a medium fit tight. I purchased a Fuji one in a medium and it was a little on the bigger side. I purchased a large in the Jaco and it was enormous. How does this brand run? I'm tired of purchasing rash guards that are too lose and not being about to get rid of them.
Medium would be a bit snug especially if you're larger around the chest. I'd suggest a large to be safe.
