    Naga, Grapplers Quest, and other local comps always have varying rules but from what I've seen you can wear whatever you want lol

    Yeah IBJJF says no .... and many more smaller venues are starting to adopt IBJJF rules or will be doing so in 2012. I'd pass on this one if I were you, or use it as a training Gi, unless the guys in your Academy would rag on you for it .... some Academies do not even allow mismatched training uniforms either.

    Doubt my academy would have any issues with it, but I'll save the flashy gi's for the more advanced people. I do think it's a sharp looking gi though.
