After messaging customer support about my order. I received a tracking number. USPS tracking shows the package was delivered... to an address in California. I live in Maryland. I emailed customer support again with my order number along photos of my order confirmation and the USPS link and a screenshot of the "delivery confirmation".

Not sure what the hold up is. I still don't have my order.
