When your bag prolaspses.

I already own a bag like this. By far the roomiest backpack/duffle bag I've owned. My old one is starting to fall apart at the seams but that's because I throw a ton of stuff in there. I wish they would use a higher strength thread when making these bags but i still recommend getting one.

Was wondering if this would come back. Everyone else either has sold out or wants way to much. Ordered and will put under the tree as a gift to myself.

I'm beginning to believe I will never receive the item that I paid for. They took my money within the same day of me ordering it. I ordered it on November 23rd and have yet to get a single shipping update. They have now sent a second one supposedly but that tracking information only says that a label was created 5 days ago and UPS never received the item. I have never had so much trouble receiving something that I paid for from a website

I am also having difficulty getting in contact with this company. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any contact back. The money was taken from my account within a day but no conformation email or anything was sent to me. Thank goodness I wrote down the order number. I ordered another gi from rollmore a day later and it will be delivered today. I hope this is not the way this company handles all of it's orders.
