Hey just to give everyone a heads up ,I bought a black version about 2 years ago. I'm 5'10 195lbs, so I bought a A3. The top was long enough, but not broad enough for my shoulders and chest. The bottom was to short, and ended up shrinking in the wash (no dryer, hang dry only). Just wanted to give a heads up.

I have heard these things run pretty big, and also shrink a lot. I'm 6'1 180. I'm leaning towards the A3. Any Suggestions? Also, what was the name/company that made the Gi that sold out yesterday? That A3L looked perfect. Bummed i missed it and might just have to pony up and pay full freight.

    I love it. I'm 6'0 163 and the A3 fits me like a glove.

Bryan-it's only soft in the beginning, over time it becomes rough and coarse.

I'm 5'6 and 200 pounds (and it ain't muscle). I'd grab the A4 but not sure I could shrink it enough to fit my short body. Wish more manufactures would do half sizes.

5'8 weighing about 145, and after just 10 minutes of shrinking in the dryer at high heat my A2 fit me like a glove.

I'm 5'10 195lbs with wide muscular frame (wide back and shoulders). A3 or shrink fit an A4, ideas?

I would go A3. You would be swimming in a 4

I don't know, that's 35lbs more muscle than I'm carrying (5'10"/160), and my A3 fits me well. I don't have extra room in it. I wear a 42R suit jacket.

I'm 6'7", 190 and bought a Tatami Gi size A4 a few months back and found that it fit rather well. Sleeves are a tad short and there's a little more fabric in the jacket than I'd like but otherwise it fits way better than the A7 I had initially. Hope this helps!

I am 6'0" 185lb, got the A4 after looking at the sizing chart (silly because all my other gis are A3!). Unfortunately it's way too big, even after trying my hardest to shrink. Still wearable tough.

don't trust the chart! I got an A4 despite all my A3s. If you are an A3, get an A3, not sure why the Air gis use this chart. It is WRONG!!! A4 is huge, even after shrinking!

I grabbed this one the last time it was on here, I am 6'2, I was 235 lbs, and I was an A4. Their 'chart' runs big.

I'm 5'11" and 175lb. I bought the A4 last time it came on this site and of course it was too big. However, I washed it in hot water and dried on high heat for an hour and got this gi to fit very well. If you shrink it right away you can get it to shrink a lot, and the gi top is more dense and harder for people to manipulate. I'll buy an A3 next time but you can make the A4 work. Amazing gi.

I am 6'4 and my weight ranges from 190 to 200 depending on training and diet. I got this in an A5 and it fits well. I only hang dry and it has not shrunk from its original size. Feels very light while wearing but has been very sturdy even in heavy training. One belt loop came undone, but other than that it has lasted a year with very little sign of wear. When you are doing heavy training and drenched in sweat you'll be glad to have this gi. My heavy weight gi feels like a chain holding me down on those days. I find it harder and harder to wear that heavy weight gi on very hot days or heavy training sessions.

Very happy with the price, fit, and wear.

The Gameness Air size chart is wrong!!! Use a regular size chart, like you would use for any other gi If you are A3, get A3. I am 6'0, 190 and got an A4, even after shrinking it I am swimming in it. Don't be fooled!

I'm 5'10", 160. I ordered an A2, it was too small length-wise (short legs and arms) but it fit closely. I sold it to a buddy and bought an A3, which fits great.
