Dont exspect a message back from them if u need to return an order. Just for questions! I Emailed them 6 times for an order that was messed up. By the end i kept it!
I have the best customer service experience from them the two times I had issues. The second time my first rmail went to their junk folder, but when i follwed up everything went smooth. They've taken care of me both times without fail.
Well i guess if hq ever goes under you can make a killing on soap with a cool name...

Contact them but the tracking number is in the first email you get.
Mine just arrived today. You have to take the tracking number from the email, copy/paste it onto USPS.com
Mine arrived yesterday, theres been delays. Hold a little bit longer
Thanks guy, I'll give it a few days. The tracking number in my email just says it was shipped with expected delivery of a few days ago so I thought I'd ask
I still have yet to recieve mine. I trust it will come.
