    Ive bought many things from 93brand. Gi, backpacks, rashguards, etc. They’re all quality except for these shorts. The pairs I received had overlapping stitching in all the wrong places, fraying, and just made with extremely poor craftsmanship. Fitment wasnt great either.

    Did you get them 4 years ago?

    93brand noticed a drop in quality back then and stopped using their former Standard Issue Shorts factory / opting to begin manufacturing the Standard Shorts in the same factory as their regular sublimated premium shorts.
    i.e. as of late 2019 the Standard shorts became the same build as their premium shorts (bettter fabric and construction, only with no sublimated patterns).

    @Derrick - did you buy them >4 yrs ago? 93brand noticed a quality fall off in their original factory (specifically for Standard Issue shorts, not their regular sublimated premium shorts) and switched the S.I. Shorts to their main factory. Meaning the Standard shorts became the same build as their premium shorts, just with no sublimated patterns.

    93 Brand ain't it for no-gi. Obnoxiously slim fits, and they're still making shorts with velcro closures when most people are against it.

    93 has been making their "GOD Shorts" sans velcro for many years! The OG no-velcro / built in compression shorts as far as we can tell.
