Sizing is spot on. But keep in mind they are compression fit.
I would say they fit true to size but just a bit snug.
These undies rule! They’re super comfy under the gi or shorts, won’t rip to shreds like regular underwear. I’m a about 33-34” waist in jeans and Large fit me like a glove. Definitely recommend ????

Pretty true to fit, but there is very little risk in sizing up. I'm a 34" waist (6'2" 185 lbs) and I could get away with a Large, but always wear XL. I've even got a pair of 2XLs that feel fine.
