We do ship to APO addresses for most items, but the roll-out mats cannot (mats only ship to contiguous 48 states)

Yes, the HQ mats have stocked left so they'll return when the list repeats. Plus the 93brand mats are slotted at number 23 (we're currently at number 7) so they'll be up for their 8min slot pretty soon.
