Our fulfillment provider uses ACI sometimes, but they have admittedly been unreliable the past few weeks over the holiday period. I agree the spotty service is not acceptable and we're working on ensuring theyre not someone we rely on going forward.

I see we had shipped out a replacement for a size mixup and our warehouse sent out a Gi labeled A3 but the actual Gi was an A0 (rather than a packer mistake, it turns out there was a labeling mismatch, my apologies for the frustration). I highlighted the issue to our warehouse supervisor to ensure the replacement shipment is opened and inspected prior to shipping out the proper size. I'll tell Nick to follow up on your ongoing email thread as well.

It probably should have arrived by now but the carrier might be having some peak season delays. I'll have our main CS rep check in on it and see if it's stuck somehow. The other order under your address is also shipped (4201253192612903290773100000400935) and the latest scan movement is from a couple days ago so it should be arriving without issue, but we can check on it as well. (both tracking numbers are ACI Logistix)

How come when I click on state there's no options for Canada. my settings are on Canada and I've ordered before but I can't seem to ship to Canada.

sorry to jump in here, but there is definitely an issue with PayPal processing duplicate orders. I had the same issue twice last month and I'm currently pursuing a refund. if you got multiple emails, you were charged multiple times
