Could not reach customer support so I'll post my comment here. I placed an order about a week and a half ago, it didn't seem to go fully through, and a reservation was placed on my card, it seems like it went through, but I never recieved any order confirmation. Could I please be reached by the email to resolve the matter?
what's your email address begin with (don't dox your email with full domain URL, just need enough to search the inbox for ya). if you didn't mention the product/variant or size, plz let us know. if you didn't get an order number, then your bank might've placed a temporary authorization on the funds which typically disappears in a few business days, but if you used PayPal then the charge is definitely settled (they don't do temp holds) and your order exists, just gotta locate it and update ya. Sometimes PayPal defaults to your login email so your order confirmation may have gone there, if that's an older unused email. either way, we'll get it sorted out for you once I have more info. thanks!
