For some reference, I'm 6'0 ~170lbs pretty lanky and I wear a medium cause even though I'm tall I've got a thin torso so their larges usually are too baggy for me. not sure of your body type but hope that helps, i'm not an admin lol

Ashi hishigi is the term for an achilles ankle lock, not a heel hook. Ashi garami refers to the position which allows for heel hooks, but ashi garami itself does not mean heel hook submission. It's used to describe the position many leglockers enter before going for a heel hook.
