It's still coming through as $45 at the last stage of PayPal check out.
My laptop seems to give me the option of paying by card but my phone says PayPal is the only option for international buyers.

If I order through the US site and use PayPal the shipping stays at $5 usd for shipping to Australia. Can I checkout that way?
