I have been a customer for quite sometime. Never had a problem until my last order of Starlyte Gi (All black), I ordered A1 but BJJHQ shipped me A2. I emailed back and the replied was liked it is my fault that I don't like my gi and asked me to go sell in ebay or somewhere. How is that my fault that I don't like my gi and it is quite big because you guys just shipped me a totally wrong size. I am very disappointed. I guess there is nothing I can do cuz I get things in cheaper price. So, it's my fault... really?

Toro "Coffee" Rashguard

I am 177 and 5'2"... what is you recommended between M or L? I usuallt ordered M (men size) from other brands. L seems a bit too long with the sleeve for other brands.

My husband is 5'11" and 250 lbs. He love A2H better as the bottom part is in perfect length. A3 seems to be a bit too long for him.

They replied me and made the point than I got the size I ordered and I didn't like it. I mentioned to them that they are the one that sent me a wrong size. No one bothered to ask for the proof or anything, and just assume that I am just an unsatisfied customer. I am not because this is totally their careless part on not double check the package and the order. I am not trying to creat any problem but I'm very disappointed that I got a very poorly customer service. You know??... at least admit that you made a mistake and apologize will probably make it up, not blaming me for not being satifies with what I got. Totally not my fault.

Of course not the valid one.. because you added one more 8 at the end of it. It is "BJJ348989" .... not BJJ3489898 (which is the one you look were looking for).
You know what... just forget about it. I am so faded away and kind of already having such a big disappointed. Don't bother if it is such a difficult. I'm in the stage of giving up and whatever. ????????????
