Gawakoto Limited Edition "Kabuki" Gi

OKAY, I ordered the Flow Kimono on 3/9/15. My payment was processed immediately. I look at my CURRENT order status and it shows that it hasn't even LEFT THE FACTORY YET!!!! I have emailed cs@bjjhq.com and all I have received in return is an automated response. MY ORDER WAS PLACED AND PAID A WEEK AGO AND STILL HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE FACILITY TO BE SHIPPED!!! Any ideas from anyone on what to do???

I believe I am right at the end of the A1 size chart but am afraid the A2 might be too long. Do you think if I get the A2 and wash it in hot water and heat dry several times that it will shrink? If so, how much do you think that it will?
