A1. I am 5'8 157lbs. Wash on warm and dry on high you can take off about an inch off if you need it.

Quality product. I love these gis. I am 5'8'' 159lbs and the A1 fits spot on. One of my gis came about an inch and a half too large on the sleeves but after two cold wash and dry on delicate cycles sizing was perfect.
