I had a similar issue with a 93 Brand rashguard. I contacted 93 Brand directly and they were totally OK exchanging the rashguard. So try contacting the company that made the shorts and maybe they'll exchange them. Otherwise, sell them on ebay or Amazon or Craigslist. Or find someone at your gym who wants them.
