5'5" 145-150 lbs, wrestler build.
Always wash cold and hang dry.
How's the shrinkage on these? Should I go A1F or A1. Don't want the A1F to shrink to become too small. Thanks.

Please help friends!
I'm 5'5 ~150 lbs, wrestlers build (I.e. stocky with short arms). Heard the standard issue shrinks quite a bit even with hang dry only.
Should I go with my typical size of A1 or one of the others like A1F, A1L or A2?
