Scramble Shadows Rashguard

I just got a Manto rash guard in the mail today. I ordered size medium because that's what size my venum rashguards are that fit me really well(I like my rash guards tight, not loose). It turned out to be pretty baggy on me and is of thinner material. What size would you recommend for a 135 lb, 5 feet 5 inches tall person that wants this scramble rash guard? This one is a bit cheaper than the manto one and I'm looking to replace it with one that's better sized for me.

Tatami Navy Estilo 3.0
