At least XL; I'm 5'10" and 170 wear 34x30 pants with "mesomorph" build according to the sizing calculator here at BJJhq...I've purchased the 2pk twice; once in L and once in XL, the L fit OK waist-wise, but the legs/hips are a little tight, but not uncomfortably so. Second time I bought XL and the waist isn't much looser, but the legs/hips fit perfect.
