Page 28 of the IBJJF Rules (PDF downlaod) is enforced for everyone and states the following.

Gis must be of uniform color. The following colors are permissible: white, royal blue or black. Gis with tops and pants of different colors are not permitted; nor are gis with a collar that is a different color than the rest of the top. Use of a shirt under
the gi top is prohibited (except for women).

According to the web site: GI is made of preshrunk material however, it does shrink during first washes approximately 3-4%.

@cdion3537 - The Vulkan Pro Light is $168. The Vulkan Ultra Light is $135. This is still a killer deal and you won't ever find it cheaper than this.
