I have the Hyperfly backpack. I generally put everything wet into plastic shopping bags before putting them in my bag... It's not ideal but it keeps the bag clean. If you don't want to start collecting shopping bags, Datsusara has a "nasty bag" you can buy, and I think some other brands do too.
