A4, then vinegar soak for color lock. Wash in hotb water and dry on high heat to shrink it to your perfect size. Check every 10 minutes or so during drying for the fit. Once you have it just right, hang dryband wash cold from then on!

Based on the sizing chart and what the guys above are saying, i think that you would do well in an A3 and shrink it down to size in the washer and dryer if it is too big.

i got thw white one when it was up here last time. out of the bag it fit me a bit loose. I got an A2 and i am 5'7" at 180lbs. the sleeves were a bit long, but after 1 wash it shrank to perfect size. every time i roll in it, it vfits better and better. this is my favorite of the 3 that i own. recommend!!!

i have this gi in white. i am a stocky 5'7" and 180 lbs. the shrinkage was minimal and this continues to be the nicest gi that I own. i get compliments on it in every class as it gets compared to lucky and shoyoroll in feel and style. I got the A2 and the sleeves shrank quite a bit, the pants not so much. Definitely go for the 3 and wash it hot till you get your size. You will NOT be disappointed!
