Progress's Bengal shorts feature a 2-layer design that has a lightweight outer layer and a comfortable Spandex inner layer. They offer a flexible fit but run slightly smaller than their regular board shorts. If you have thicker legs, it's recommended to size up.
Man I would buy more of these shorts if they didn't have that garbage inner liner. The ones in Professor shorts suck especially because the hem stitch is insanely tight compared to the rest of the shorts
