if an item is fully sold out / the last unit is sold, it should automatically come down and the next item pops up.
There have been a few times where it says it has sold out and still done the full 10 minute countdown

yeah this is the exact issue I'm having. I'd complete a PayPal order but then the app would say error, so I'd do it again and then it would go through. PayPal is showing two deductions for the same order but my order history in app is only showing one.
same thing happened to me. I made a second PayPal order and it went through. you have to go to PayPal and contest the transaction. mine is pending.
