I have these and they work quite well for BJJ. The outside is soft so you don't hurt your partner/opponent and they don't come undone easily. Highly recommend these.

I needed new knee pads... Ear guards are for little girls that don't know how to protect them selves. Besides, in the description it says wrestling, nothing aboot BJJ, and this is a BJJ site. =P
